Q. How do I order (installation/removal/move post)?

A.Through our website here, fax, or email.

Q. Do I have to order online?

A. While we highly recommend that you utilize our online ordering system, you are able to order via email or fax still. These older ordering methods are not processed as quickly as those submitted through our online system and could cause a delay in your order.

Q.When will my order be completed?

A. If you order an install, or removal, before 3pm the order will be completed the next day (Tuesday-Saturday).

Q. What kind of posts do you have?

A. White,C-21 gold, and black 4×4 wood posts about 6 to 7 feet tall, also other colors are available upon request

Q. What is your service area?

A. We serve most of the metro Phoenix area, please refer to our map in the online ordering system. Login here.

Q. How many month(s) is the initial install good for?

A. Up to 4 months, which includes install and removal.

Q. What is a relist? And how much?

A. It is a 4 month extension to the original rental. The relist is fee is $11.00 per post.

Q. I have a credit card on file with you, why wasn’t it charged this time?

A. Your account might not be set to “auto-pay” in the online ordering system. You should check this setting in your account page or contact support here.

Q. When are the billing statements sent out?

A. Around the 15th of each month.

Q. How do I qualify for the lowest prices you are offering?

A. You must have a valid credit card on file with us, or have an account which is in good standing.
